It is advised that students always first introduce oneself before addressing concern. Information that should be included in the first paragraph are learning center, full name, index number, course, subject currently taking. Without these information, it makes it difficult for WEC to respond each request effectively.

Lastly, always keep the writing professionally and address only focus on the issue concern. Never in-corporate/mix issues from the past or not related. If there are more then one issue to be discussed, always write in different paragraph for effective respond.
