1. The new T2 2011 semester will commence on Monday 9th May 2011. Students are reminded to adhere to the College rules and regulations pertaining to the dress code on professional attire for Mondays. Besides, as CES students, uniforms must be worn on every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

3. Kindly register for the modules you will be attending for the next T22011. 2. Students are reminded to complete the Module Registration to confirm the subject that students are taking for the current T32010 semester. MODEL OFFICE/ FRONT DESK TRAINING

It has come to my attention that most students have not been reporting for the Model Office /Front Desk Training as per your training timetable despite you have been given the training timetable at the beginning of the semester and was reminded the consequences of not fulfilling the trainings requirement.

Please be warned that additionally to completing all hard-skill modules, you are required to undergo soft-skill training over three semesters, which consist of minimum two (2) hours per week for the entire semester (14 weeks). Insufficient training hours will result not having enough soft-skill training credit hours to graduate, which will cause you to fail the programme you have signed up for. Please also note that incomplete credit hours will delay the Industrial Placement.

                     Please be informed that Induction will be held on the 10th of May 2008 at 9.00am for Full -Time Students and 2.00pm for part-Time Students. . It's COMPULSORY for All Students to attend :

                  a)  This time around the Induction is going to be different in the sense that New Subject Registration Forms will be introduced to all students. All students MUST register for their subjects before entering classes on the 12 May 2008.Students won't be allowed to enter their classes without registering.

               b) All Students will be given a Student ID Card which you will have to carry with you at all times. Without this ID card you won't be permitted to enter the Computer Lab and Library.

             Besides that we have also enforced strict rules in the Formal Wear on Mondays ( all Full-Time Students) whereby the students will be sent home to change if the students are caught in casual wear.

Please treat all this New Rules and Regulations as vital .

Once again attendance is COMPULSORY for all students for the Induction.

Please be informed that we are implementing the class lesson plan, it is strongly advised that students ensure they learnt the topics in the class lesson plan before signing it.

2. Lecturers will also ensure they write their remarks for future references.

3. Please also be informed that ALL FUTURE INDUCTIONS is fixed on the SATURDAY before the semester commencement week. Updates on Policies, Semester Schedules, Announcements, Time tables will be delivered during the Induction. Students who are absent will have to speak to their classmates who attended the induction for the updates. The college will not be responsible for providing any repetitive updates, information and announcements.

i.e. Next semester commencing on 7th January 2008, therefore, induction is confirmed to fall on 5th January 2008.
