As informed, kindly be reminded that result transcripts will not be given to any students came without parents' and guardians' accompany, unless parents called and informed to the coordinator and send in an authorized letter to authorize the students for taking own transcripts.

However, in order to ensure those students who failed for paper may be informed and meet the coordinator to arrange for the retake, the student list for failed paper will be posted on notice board for your reference.

As informed, kindly be reminded that result transcripts will be given on tomorrow parents' day (9am till 1pm, 15th January 2011, Saturday). Students present without parents' or guardians' accompany won't be allowed to collect the transcript by themselves.

Besides, we are going to give out 6 highest scorer awards on tomorrow, students received call from course coordinator, informed to collect the awards, must present in room 2A&2B by 9am. Students who came after 9:10am won't be called for the awards on the parents' day. (Students who never pick up phone should take notes that this is your responsibility to ensure that you are always able to be contacted by the college, no excuse will be entertained if students fail to present on 9am).

To prepare yourselves for the presentation, please read and understand the following instructions: Instructions for Presentation Preparation. The following are some special highlight on the attendance for the presentation week:

Please be reminded that you are invited to sit in for everyday (Monday to Friday, since 1st presentation day till the last presentation day) presentation from morning 9am to evening 5pm (the time may be varied depends on the length of each student's presentation.

Students who fail to present themselves with full attendance (from first day till last day) without prior information or acceptable reasons may be marked as I(C) - FAIL IN COURSEWORK (please check the consequence for I(C) from the given handbook).

Students who fail to present themselves on the arranged presentation time (it might be earlier than the given schedule due to others complete earlier -- students must prepare themselves for being called for presentation on ANYTIME) will be marked as I(C).

Please ensure that you are coming to the presentation hall before the first presentation started to save your slides to the provided pc (personal laptop, notebook, and netbook are welcomed as well).

For backup purpose, you may send your presentation slides to my email with address of amblewalk@gmail.com , with the file named as PresentationSlides_T3_2010_StudentName. Thus, excuse such as slides damaged by virus will not be tolerated.
